Additional Fees

• All of our packages include travel within a 30 mile radius of zip code 33602. If your venue is outside of this radius and you’d still like to book our services, you will incur an additional fee based on the current tax year’s standard mileage rate. The rate for 2018 is 54.5 cents per mile. If your venue is more than 75 miles from 33602, reasonable accommodations will be required.

• All of our packages include a guest count up to 150 guests. If you are hosting a larger wedding exceeding 150 guests you will incur a $2 fee per additional guest. This additional charge goes toward a 3rd onsite Coordinator.
